OSU Extension Horticulturist Brooke Edmunds will explain the difference between sprouts, microgreens and baby greens. This class will cover the latest research on the health benefits of microgreens, how to grow your own, and taste test different types. Participants will plant a container of microgreens to take home. Cost of session is $25.00.
