Lauren Johnson has been working on Farm to Preschool efforts with Head Start in Wallowa County. Believe it or not these 4-year olds will eat fresh veggies out of the garden and will be planting their own spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, and herbs this spring. Great work Lauren!
