Two For One: Subsidies Help Food Stamp Recipients Buy Fresh Food

U.S. Department of Agriculture just announced that $31.5 million is now available as grants to programs that help make farm-fresh fruits and vegetables more affordable for families who rely on food stamps.

This workshop series will jump start the transfer of your farm management to the next generation or other successor. Transferring management is the first step toward retirement for the current farm owners. it is also the first step toward transitioning ownership of the farm to the next generation. At least one person from the current (owning) generation and one person from the next generation must attend both workshops.
